My story

After more than 20 years in fitness and kinesiology, I created LUNIK Coaching to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and real-life strength training. My goal is to help people feel strong, capable, and confident again — whether they’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic conditions, rebuilding postpartum strength, or simply wanting to move better.
